GirlCode.no is an online store based out of Oslo, Norway. We sell clothes, accessories, and home decoration that are rare, inspiring and edgy.

What are your delivery charges?
For ordres within Norway we we charge a flate rate of 59 NOK.
For ordres to Sweden and Denmark, we charge a flat rate of 99 NOK.
For international ordres, we charge a flat rate of 129 NOK.
How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
- Norway: 3-7 business days
- Sweden and Denmark: 5-10 business days.
- All other countries: 10-20 business days.
Will my order be tracked?
All orders with a total above 1500 NOK will be tracked. We do not currently offer additional order tracking. You will receive a confirmation of despatch, when the order is on its way to you.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Paypal.
Your order will be charged in NOK and converted by the payment type you paid with at the exchange rate they designate. If you wanna know what the exchange rate is before you buy contact your credit card company. For general exchange rates check http://www.xe.com/
What currency can I pay in?
Your order total will be displayed and deducted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). We are working hard to bring local currency pricing for all the large markeds in the near future.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely! We are member of “Secure by MasterCard” and “Verified by Visa”. They both provide additional security whilst shopping online. We also use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
We ship from Norway, and on orders within Norway, there are no customs fees. For all other countries the customs fee varies. Please get in touch with your local customs office to find out before you place your order.
How do I place an order?
Just click on a product you like and add to chart. Then just follow the checkout process. Supereasy!
I am getting an error when I am trying to place my order
First, check that you’ve filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. If it is still not working email us at [email protected], and we’ll see if we can track down the problem.
How do I make changes to my order?
Please email us at [email protected] as soon as can , and we will change your order if we havent processed it yet. If it is already processed, we unfortunately cannot make changes.
How do I cancel an order?
It is the same steps as changing an order, please email us at [email protected] and let us know you have to cancel. If your order is already processed, we unfortuantely cannot cancel. You have however always the right to return your item upon receipt.
How do I return an order?
If it has been less than 14 days since you received your item, return your item with the completed return form back to us. The item must not be used, and must have all its original tags attached. Note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us. We will refund the product purchase price within 10 days of receiving your return.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
Please contact Customer Support at [email protected] with your order number, and an image showing the fault. We can then assess the image and get back to you with a suitable solution as quick and easy as possible.
My parcel has not arrived, where is it?
If you haven’t received your parcel within the delivery time, please contact us on [email protected] and we will do our best to figure out what has happened.
How do I use my promotional code?
Just select your items as normal and then at the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the box that says “Rabattkode” and click “Oppdatter handlekurv”. Assuming the code is valid your discount will be applied.
Which size should I choose?
The product descriptions always have information about the size and measurements of a product. The measurements are in centimeters. If you find yourself between sizes or are unsure of what size you should choose you are welcome to contact our costumer service on [email protected]
